Exchange Policy

Not the perfect fit? No worries! We know that sizing and personal preference can vary, even with detailed product information. That’s why we make exchanges quick and easy.
You can request an exchange within 15 days after your package has been delivered.

Return Fee
Ordinary
We’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement order.
You’ll only need to pay the return shipping cost for the original order.
HOOOYI PLUS
United states: Free Exchange
Germany: Free Exchange
The other countries:  We’ll cover the shipping cost of your replacement order and 50% of your return shipping cost.

Conditions:
A. Please make sure that all the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for an exchange.
B. Your exchange request is made within 15 days of delivery.
C.  The order hasn’t been exchanged before.

Supplement:
Each order can only be exchanged once. Items received through an exchange can’t be exchanged again

How to Exchange?
1. Log in to the Returns Center.
2. Choose the item you’d like to exchange.
3. Tell us why you’d like to exchange it.
3. Choose your preferred solution.
4. Select a return method and submit your request.

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as your request is submitted.

How to ship the item(s) back?
A. IIf We Provide a Return Label
1.  Log in to the Returns Center or open your return confirmation email.
2.  Download and print your return label.
3.  Pack your item securely. 
4.  Drop it off with your local shipping carrier.

B. If We Don’t Provide a Return Label
1.  You can use any shipping carrier you’d like.
2.  Send your package to our designated U.S. or Germany return warehouse.
3.  After shipping, please send us your tracking number so we can track your return.
4.  If your shipment doesn’t include tracking, please send us your shipping receipt instead.

Please don’t send your return to the sender’s address on your package. That isn’t our return address, and sending it there may delay your exchange.

When Will My Exchange Be Shipped?
As soon as your return starts tracking, we’ll create your replacement order.

Just like any regular order, you’ll receive:
1.  An Exchange Order Confirmation Email
2.  A Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number
